We are celebrating spring and summer by finding the freshest seasonal ingredients we can get our hands on, and creating beautiful flavour-packed dishes for you to tuck into.
Split into snacks, small plates, salads and mains, there is something for every appetite on the new menu. Avocado on toast comes spiked with flecks of chili and coriander, and at only £6, it’s a winner whatever time it is. Salads are served in jars, leaving you to tip everything into the bowl and go from there. We recommend the detox jar which includes blueberries, pomegranate, and quinoa to name a few of the antioxidant-rich ingredients.
Butternut squash, candied onion and spinach Mangalore curry packs a welcome punch of just-right spice. The accompanying cauliflower ‘couscous’ is so good, you’d never know it’s carb-free. This is proof that the veggie and ‘free from’ option needn’t be boring. After all this behaving, everyone’s allowed a cheat day, and this is the day for the Lake District beef and Applewood cheese burger, a comforting stack of meaty gorgeousness.
